The passing of my brother was the most devastating experience of my life.  Healing from such a trauma was something I could barely imagine. My brother was my best friend.  We had the same likes, the same dislikes, the same favorite movie quotes and even the same spontaneous dance moves. It was easy to say we were the same person.  My life was changed forever, and in my heartache I knew I had to take action to heal and take care of myself. 

 

Tea became my source of comfort; it calmed my thoughts and anxiety, helped me to sleep, and led me on a path of healing.  I've always believed in natural healing including meditation, yoga, essential oils, and of course, tea. I began to study the benefits of herbal teas and practiced creating my own blends. 

 

What I learned grew into knowledge, my knowledge turned into passion, and my passion is what I would like to share with you.
